Licence terms, acceptable use and refund policy for GXPLearn.io. Last updated: July 2025.
These terms govern your use of GXPLearn.io. By creating an account or purchasing a licence, you agree to them. For privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
About GXPLearn.io
GXPLearn.io is an independent educational training platform for GxP, GMP, CSV, CSA, validation and regulated manufacturing workflows. It is not affiliated with Emerson, not a real DeltaV emulator, and not validated GMP training software. Content is provided for learning and self-study — it does not replace site-specific SOP training, qualified instructor programmes, or validated learning management systems required by your organisation.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing GXPLearn.io, creating an account, or purchasing a licence, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; the last updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were published. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Free foundation modules (01–03) require a registered account. Do not share login credentials or allow others to use an individual licence intended for one person.
Licences and access
Foundation modules 01–03 are free after sign-in. The professional curriculum (Modules 04–22 and the Validation Digital Twin capstone) requires a paid individual licence (€99 one-time, lifetime access for the purchasing account). Team and site licences (€3,500 per year) grant unlimited internal use within one company or site, including standalone export for internal hosting, and are issued under separate commercial agreement. Licence scope, duration and permitted use are described at purchase or in your invoice.
Acceptable use
You may use GXPLearn.io for lawful personal learning or authorised internal training. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, resell or publicly host the training content except as expressly permitted under a team or site licence. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent access controls, or use the platform in a way that infringes intellectual property or applicable law.
Intellectual property
GXPLearn.io, its modules, simulations, visuals, text and software are owned by or licensed to the platform operator. Your licence grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access content for personal or licensed organisational use. No ownership rights are transferred. Trademarks of third parties (including Emerson and DeltaV) belong to their respective owners.
Payment and billing
Individual professional licences are purchased in-app via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) at checkout. Team and site licences are invoiced separately; payment terms are stated on the invoice. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
Service availability
We aim to keep GXPLearn.io available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Educational content may be revised to improve accuracy or reflect regulatory context; this does not constitute a regulated change-control record for your site systems.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
GXPLearn.io is provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. We do not warrant that use of the platform will achieve employment, certification, audit outcomes or regulatory compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abuse of the service. On termination, your right to access paid content ceases except where applicable law or our refund policy requires otherwise. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Refund policy
Refund eligibility depends on licence type and how the purchase was made.
Individual professional licence (€99)
If you purchased the professional individual licence through in-app Stripe checkout, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not substantially consumed the professional curriculum (Modules 04–22 or the Validation Digital Twin capstone). We assess substantial use at our reasonable discretion — for example, completing multiple professional modules or extensive simulation lab activity. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe where possible.
EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. That right may not apply once digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By accessing paid professional content after purchase, you acknowledge that delivery has started.
Team and site licences
Team and site licences are sold under commercial invoice terms agreed at order. Refunds or early termination are handled case by case according to the invoice, pilot agreement or statement of work. Contact us before renewal if you wish to discuss cancellation.
How to request a refund
Contact support from inside the app with your account email, purchase date and reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds for Stripe purchases are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
