Built by a validation professional

GXPLearn was created by Luke Holmes to provide practical, simulation-based learning for validation and regulated-industry professionals.

Why GXPLearn was built

Passive GMP and validation training — PDFs, slide decks, and generic e-learning — rarely builds the judgement QA, validation, and automation teams need on the job. GXPLearn.io was built to bridge that gap: learners practise connecting system behaviour, documentation, and evidence review inside realistic scenarios before they face those decisions in a validation package or on the plant floor.

Practical learning philosophy

The curriculum is designed around workflow decisions, not terminology alone. Foundation modules guide learners through visualisers and structured steps; professional modules open into labs and sandboxes where you observe consequences, review evidence, and explain your reasoning — the same skills reviewers ask for in CSV, CSA, and GxP contexts.

Validation and GxP background

Drawing on experience working within pharmaceutical and GxP environments, Luke designed GXPLearn to reflect how validation, QA, and automation teams actually work — lifecycle thinking, traceability, risk-based assurance, batch review, deviations, and change control — without claiming to be official vendor training or a validated manufacturing system.

Educational positioning

GXPLearn.io is an independent educational platform. It supplements self-study and role preparation; it does not replace site-specific SOP programmes, validated learning management systems, or employer-mandated training records. The platform continues to evolve through user feedback and real-world training needs.
